    1. Recently, Belle has let me out at least every couple of weeks for about a day or so. During those times, I make sure to put my PA jewelry in for at least eight hours. If it’s been two weeks, it’s a tight fit, but it goes in. That seems to be enough for me to keep the piercing at 4 ga.

      1. Thanks for your prompt reply and sharing your expérience. My Mistress ordered a removable plug for the Looker 2. She will probably order the Dietmar PA lock to twist days between both and maintain the PA hole … Cause she likes the plug AND the PA ring when i’m free …

  2. How do you clean the looker tube between uses?
    Do you boil it, or?
I am thinking of getting one and want to make sure
I stay healthy, I have never had a problem with my
    PA.

    1. Since it’s stainless steel, it’s totally non-porous. Quite easy to keep clean. If you’re concerned about the urethral plug, all I can say it that in my experience it causes zero issues. I believe that the regular urine rinse that goes through and around it keeps it flushed and clean. If it were the case that the plug didn’t allow any urine around it, then I might be worried, but that’s not that case.

The only regular maintenance I do beyond the daily soap cleaning is a soak in vinegar every few weeks (during those times when Belle lets me out – I don’t soak while *in* the device). I find the urine builds up a scaly deposit not unlike hard water stains and the vinegar breaks that up and makes it easy to wipe off.
